This solo exhibition brings together a new body of ceramic works by Luke Fuller that explores the relationship between material, thought, and the increasingly polarised world we inhabit. Working with porcelain and black stoneware clay, the physical contrasts between the materials, light and dark, delicate and dense, refined and raw, to reflect the tensions that underpin the exhibition.
Everything & Nothing speaks to the weight and fluidity of thought, the way the mind continuously shifts between the intimate and the immense. Everyday anxieties, relationships, fleeting conversations, and studio frustrations coexist alongside larger political tensions and global events that can suddenly make personal struggles feel insignificant. -
