Sarah Myerscough Gallery is delighted to participate for the first time in this year’s Craft Trend Fair in Seoul, South Korea. We will present on this occasion new works by our international craft artists: Thomas Bohle, Christian Burchard, Friedemann Buehler, Liam Flynn, Merete Larsen, Philip Moulthrop, Marc Ricourt, Michael Peterson and Nic Webb. Furthermore, Liam Flynn’s work was selected by the Korean Craft Council as part of a curated display. We are very pleased to say that our booth received great responses!

We are delighted to announce that Michael Peterson has recently been awarded the Washington State 2014 Artist Trust Fellowship. The artist received a $7,500 grant from the Artist Trust, acknowledging his outstanding artistic achievement and great dedication to his discipline with the aim to contribute to his professional development.

Michael Peterson’s work will feature in the BAM Biennial 2014: Knock on Wood opening at the end of the month at the Bellevue Arts Museum. The biennial is a juried exhibition which showcases works by established and emerging Northwest American artists and craftspeople. This year’s edition will explore the challenging medium of wood and runs until 29 March 2015.
